i really enjoyed the hotel location near everything, it make it easy to go to the markthall. the maritime museum was so close, it make a short walk for my mom. fresh air and canal views give a futuristic and open feel.
i ask for an extra pillow, but i do not get it. it is strange, because hotel said they will take care of customers.

the triple room, it spacious and meet all are needs. bathroom it nice and the bed feel comfortable. we ask for a kettle, and it provide, so we can make tea.

the hotel location is great in the city center. public transport is accessible, so day trips are easy. there are attractions within walking distance and also close to blaak station, that make everything so easy.

The hotel's location near Markthal allowed for easy access to attractions. Public transportation was nearby. The grocery store across the street proved handy, as it helped me get whatever I needed.
I requested that my room be made up, and it was not, despite me asking twice.

The staff was friendly and helped me with directions. I even borrowed an umbrella from reception during a rain shower. They worked with me, and I appreciate it.

The location suited my travel plans wonderfully! i appreciated the friendly and cute staff. the extra touches, like providing toothbrushes, added a good convenience to my visit.
I noticed the shower wasn't as clean as i'd hoped. Some soap residue lingered on the door, detracting from the overall experience

i found no tea or coffee facilities in the room , which was not ideal.

The location was great. Many attractions are within walking distance. public transportation was also easily accessible. i was able to take day trips to other cities easily. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice.
the food in the restaurant was bad. one of the staff members seemed snobbish. this person looked to mock me, because she couldn't hear when i ordered dinner.
